The Monday Musical Club of Tillamook presents "That's Entertainment"!

Now entering our 16th year, The Monday Musical Club of Tillamook is once again bringing top quality musical performers to the North Oregon Coast. For the 2010-2011 Season, the Monday Musical Club of Tillamook proudly announces a series of world-class performers that we have named “That’s Entertainment.” Leading off the season will be the nationally renowned Lowe Family, which will perform on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010 at 7 p.m. This family group will thrill you with their singing, dancing, musicianship, costumes and staging. The nine-member group offers an amazing blend of classical, Broadway, Irish, jazz, bluegrass, old-time favorites, dance, 6-part harmony, gospel and a stirring patriotic tribute!

Our series continues on Sunday, Nov. 21, at 2 p.m. with a four-part harmony and comedy group – The Perfect Gentlemen. Then on Sunday, Jan. 23 at 2 p.m. we will host a repeat performance by the fabulous jazz, vocal and comedy band, the Side Street Strutters, who first appeared here in 2007 to rave reviews. And to wrap up the season on Sunday, March 6, 2011 at 2 p.m., will be singer Steve Lippia and his band performing a “Strictly Sinatra” program. You’ll be amazed! If you close your eyes, you’ll swear you are listening to Old Blue Eyes, himself.

Funds raised by the Monday Musical Club of Tillamook are used to sponsor master classes for Tillamook music students and fund a scholarship for the winner of the club’s annual talent competition.
